I think we can make it closer. We aim to be an improved company that realizes our ideals by developing our business centered on "collection of unnecessary inventory", "wholesale of mobile terminals", "purchase service for corporations" and "provision of communication services".
In addition, the number of foreigners residing in Japan is steadily increasing in this modern age of globalization. I believe that "all people with roots in foreign countries, including students and workers, can feel secure in living in Japan" is essential for Japan's future development. At CC Connect, our primary goal is to support foreigners, and we support foreigners living in modern Japan. We provide thorough support not only for foreigners already living in Japan, but also for foreigners aiming to live in Japan from now on. Product delivery (delivery time):
If payment can be confirmed by 11:00 am on weekdays, it can be shipped on the same day. We will ship the item within 3 days.
Charges other than the product price:
All shipments will be sent by Takkyubin Compact Yamato Transport (680 yen nationwide).
Regarding product returns and exchanges:
The initial defect guarantee is 30 days after the product arrives. After 30 days, the warranty will be void for any reason. Since the battery is treated as a consumable item, it is not covered by the initial defect warranty. Regarding red rom, it is a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that usage restrictions are applied, we will exchange it for an equivalent product or refund the full price of the product.
Please note that in the case of a return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee and other charges and expenses incurred.
