Regarding product returns and exchanges:
The initial defect guarantee is 30 days after the product arrives. After 30 days, the warranty will be void for any reason. Since the battery is treated as a consumable item, it is not covered by the initial defect warranty. Regarding red rom, it is a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that usage restrictions are applied, we will exchange it for an equivalent product or refund the full price of the product.
